To Our Valued Clients And Associates

You will be aware of the continuing spread of COVID-19 and its elevation to pandemic status.

We would like to assure you that Robinson & Running Ltd is taking the situation very seriously.

Health And Safety Measures

Our focus is on limiting and minimising the risk of infectious outbreaks within the firm. We not only encourage sick staff members to stay away from work, we also facilitate their ability to work from home, if they are even feeling a little unwell. This protects other staff members, visitors and everyone they come into contact with during their work day.

We continue to adhere to the highest possible hygiene standards within our office. Our reception area and meeting room are carefully cleaned and sanitised daily, including touch points such as door handles, phones and equipment.

Operational Contingencies

Our firm is committed to ensuring that all of our accounting, tax and business advisory work can still be completed regardless of how these extraordinary circumstances develop. To this end, we have taken a proactive approach in implementing a strategy which will allow all staff members to work remotely should the situation escalate to this requirement. This will ensure that your work will continue to be completed to deadline and to our customary high standards. Our ability to share documents and work papers electronically places us in the ideal position for allowing the sharing of information without the need for face-to-face contact. Please be assured that all business will continue as normal.

Visitors

We are implementing a new procedure for visitors to our offices. If someone visiting the office is unwell, we will request that they do not enter the office. We will ask that they phone the reception phone number, and either conduct their business over the phone or we will arrange for any documents they are dropping off to be placed in a tray for collection from directly inside the foyer.

We are constantly monitoring and heeding the advice issued by the Ministry of Health. With the developing situation, we place great importance on staying as informed as possible. This ensures we are in the best possible position to take necessary action and continue to put the safety and wellbeing of our staff members, clients and associates first.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with your Accountant either via phone or email.

Thank You,
Robinson & Running Management
